Which countries would you say have the best horror movies, outside of the U.S.?

I mean I love Japanese horror movies, like Godzilla and Hausu. Italian horror is great too. Think Tenebrae and A Bay of Blood. France has some gnarly stuff like Haute Tension, Ils (Them), and Inside. Obviously the U.K. reigned in terror with a bunch of their Hammer films. The South Korean film Train to Busan is great. I love its prequel, Seoul Station, too. Can't wait for Penisula. The Babadook is a great movie, which came from Australia. The list goes on and on. So much great horror from so many great countries. If all you've ever known has been horror from the U.S., venture across the pond and elsewhere, will you? Explore, explore, explore.
