Now, I'm a man who loves a good id vs. ego story. Take for example Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. However, within a Hellraiser movie? Not so much. At least not in the current form it's in. Witih some fine tuning I'm sure Hell on Earth could have been just as great as the first two Hellraiser movies, but as it is for me it's the start of the series' downfall. The effects range from decent to plain awful. The J.P. character is such a poor substitute for Frank. 'Joey' and Terri are my favorite characters though. Pinhead has too many lines. Not to mention the whole id vs.ego messes with the whole Hellraiser mythos/rules, if you ask me. I'm afraid to watch Bloodline now. Favorite part?
