I was a little underwhelmed by this. Especially after having seen the trailer. I'm still glad I watched it though. Includes two really gory deaths. The idea is great, but what really holds this back for me is the editing. Then again when people say they are doing an homage to '80s movies, giallos in general, I always get mad since not only do they get the feel of it wrong but also the style. THIS is the music I'm listening for. THIS is the incoherency I'm sort of seeking. Anyway, Fulci movies do have their moments.

I have an intense love/hate relationship with this movie because it does all it possibly can to make one feel EXTREMELY dirty and uncomfortable all throughout and afterwards. The intestine vomit is one thing I can do without seeing forever but on a positive side, the song that often plays when shit goes down is a favorite of mine.
